The above method will only disable automatic offloading of apps. In case, you’ve manually Offloaded an app, then you’ll have to go through a bit different process.
You’ll have to reinstall the app which you offloaded.
To reinstall it, find the app, which you offloaded, on your home screen. (Look for the app which has a GET symbol before the name of the app on the home screen.) Tap on the app icon, provide your Apple ID Password and hit OK. The reinstalling will begin.
Alternatively, you can go into your iPhone’s Settings >> General >> iPhone Storage. There, from the app list, look for the app, tap on it and then tap on Reinstall App. Provide your Apple ID Password and hit OK.
